His Cleveland-based company specializes in plant care, design and curated experiences.  Before establishing Nature Kollektiv in 2021, Deyampert enjoyed the privilege of working as a horticulturalist at the Cleveland Botanical Garden for nearly a decade.  Volunteering at Shaker Lakes Nature Center helped spur his interest in a career in horticulture.
