Overlook the sun setting across the forest from the warmth inside the Nature Center's indoor spaces. Join yoga instructor, Ilene Friedman, as you explore various yoga postures with your breath, adding meditation to movement, and grounded brief meditation.
All levels of experience are welcome, including beginners.
Please bring a yoga mat, a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing. If you have a block or strap (even an old neck-tie), bring those along too.
