Behind the Scenes: Animal Care

Have you ever wondered what it takes to keep our animal ambassadors here at the nature center happy and healthy? If you’re curious about animal care or just want a chance to meet our animals close up, join us for an afternoon of feeding our turtles and snakes!

 

A Note on Safety: 
This program takes place indoors. Regardless of vaccination status, please ensure all members of your family, over the age of 2, wear a mask to this program.

Cancellation Policy
To encourage participants to stay home if they or someone in their care is experiencing any flu-like symptoms, our cancellation policy has been temporarily revised: Participants will receive a full refund provided they cancel by emailing prange@shakerlakes.org prior to the start of the program. Cancellations received after the start of the program will not be refunded.
